The miniature, which is 3D printed for you personally, is made of liquid resin in 3D printing. Support structures are removed during cleaning. Nevertheless, before painting, the figure must still be subjected to post-processing at the points of the support structure. This represents a product characteristic and a complaint in this regard is in principle excluded!

Please note

Please keep your miniature in unpainted condition away from direct sunlight or UV radiation. If you expose the resin to sunlight, the curing process of the material continues. This leads to a change in the color of the material and can change the structure.

I am officially authorized by the rights holder "Northern Crusades Miniatures", to produce and commercially distribute physical 3D prints of all acquired files.
